Bottled@Littlepub, Vaasa. Coppery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is nicely tart red currant with some cherries, red wine and mild madeira tones to it. Flavour is red currant, some cherries, mild funky tones with fudge, some wood and mild nutty tones. Nicely dry palate and a pleasant dry/tart bite too. Makes you want another sip. And another. And yet another.

2018 bottle. Clear reddish brown with beige foam that's gone as you finish pouring. Aroma of Balsamic vinegar - malty and fruity - baked cherries, oak. Cherry stones and oak come with almonds and vanilla. Lowish carbonation. Almost syrupy. A sour edge but more sweetness than guessed. Booming cherry flavour, then gentle sourness and acid before tannin and oak. Really quite vinous at the end. Lovely flavours but not as drinkable as it might be.

Lovely aroma. Cherry marzipan, fruity. Taste is great. Rich and bit sour! Great Oud Bruin feel. Dry.

Pours pink, some pink bubbles. Nose is sourish, bit funky and slightly bitter berry peels. Awesome. Tastes sour and tart, cherries coming through, funky. Intense sourness but flavours are still there, quite enjoyable.

Small off-white head over nearly clear bright red-ruby beer, end of bottle yeast. Lacti acid, winebarrels, acetic whiff, red fruit, ripe banana, genuine redfruit syrup. Sourish-sweetish, very woody character. (Red) fruity notes all around, vinous à souhait. Very dry, acidburn, even dry-out effect. Excellent, very convincing Oud Bruin, the more as it was sampled alongside Rodenbach Vintage!

Bottle, vintage 2016. Color: Hazy reddish brown, very thin off-white head. Lively beer, lots of tiny bubbles. Aroma: Vinuous, tart, red fruit. Taste: Medium to over medium tart, red wine, red fruit, sweet and sour cherries, combined with moderate to medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Lactic acidity, balsamico notes. Full body, just below average carbonation. Dry mouthfeel, wood notes. Very complex. Very nice Flemish brown like sour.
