The second in our “English” series of beers, Giant Leap is a beautifully malty, fruity and delicious ESB. Light caramel malts, our peachy in house wet yeast, and excellent Fuggles and Goldings hops from our friends at Brook House Hops. Peng.

500ml can. Poured a clear light amber colour with a short-lived frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light sweet fruit, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a light, smooth, toffee caramel malt, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

500ml can. Golden amber with a slight haze, small white head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, toffee. Taste is quite sweet, caramel, toffee, fruity, bready, light bitter finish. Medium body. Nice Bitter even though it seems rather sweet for the style.
