Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is wooden, some mild tart fruity tones with mild some nutty tones too. Flavour is marzipan, tart fruits, some wooden tones with a bit of earth too. Interesting sweetish sour finish, but in a very good balance.

Bottled, at AndySnow tasting. Clear golden, small head. Oaky nose with woody white wine. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. White grapes, oak and white bread. Peppery finish.
Swedish saison dinner 2021. Pairing 3. Risotto, taleggio and mushroom. Holy crap this is an amazing funky saison! Reminds me of Woop Woop. On top of that the pairing is pretty much perfect. Beer is at least 4,5 and the pairing is even better. Wow!
Bottled, from Systembolaget. Lightly hazy pale golden, small head. Mild funky nose with grass, lemon and red wine. Tart and slenderish with crisp mouthfeel. Mild milky lemon, funk and grass. Woody red wine lures in the background. Fairly low bitterness. Mildly complex. More adult and elegant than most Brekeriet beers.
Backlog since last time, must have Mia-checked it that time
