50cl can from a French supermarket - thanks, mom & dad. As 'Brauperle 8.0'. Clear golden with a thin, white head. 'Aroma' of corn syrup, white bread, Haribo candy, plastic, glue, spicy toothpaste. Taste has very sweet malt, corn, corn syrup, pineapple candy with a weird plastic edge and a bitter metallic 'zing' (probably can iron). Long, sweet, cloying finish, sticking to the back of the throat, weirdly astringent too due to that candy & plastic effect, but also due a boozy dash of cheap white rum-like alcohol. Light to medium body, slick-sticky texture, fizzy carbonation. Very hard to drink, which is an achievement in itself. I'm not okay with this!

F: medium, white, not long lasting. C: gold, clear. A: malty, bready, bit caramel, alcohol, fruity. T: watery caramel, bit bready, fruity, medium body and lower carbonation, weak bitterness, this is not good, ok for thick not for drink, 0,5l can as “Brauperle 8.0 Super Strong / Extra Forte” from Easy Market - Prince Hinoï in Papeete, French Polynesia.

Can, thanks to Inoven for sharing @ tasting. Clear golden color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, not that much alcohol. Well, drinkable. Actually surprisingly drinkable.

Sweetish malty brew. Sticky sweetish, round and fresh. More malty grainy sweetish alcohol than crisp and bitterness. Sweetish-sticky aftertaste with grain. As I expected.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, vegetables, light grain. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, vegetables. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, metallic and some grainy and strange sweet notes. Flavour is alcohol, sweet malts, some strange sweetness as well as mild sugary notes. surprisingly good palate to it.

Can@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wood, earth, some herbal notes and quite stinging alcohol as well. Flavour is alcohol, sulphur, hay, grass, malts and some slight grainy notes as well.

50cl Can, brought from France, thanks Daniël! BB 05-11, so nicely aged... Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet bread, almonds, marzipan, light fruity alcohol. Flavour is sweet, almonds, bread, metal, alcohol, slightly nasty finish. Light to medium-bodied. Not the worst, but not something you’d finish 50cl of.

can at chriss ... golden yellow ... soft le on grainy nose ... grain ... yeuch. Update 19-08-11 Oh yeah this was my 2nd last German Region. So yippeee to getting this one. its still sucked though
