Fairly hazy orange with a short lived off white head. Aroma is vinous, tart white grapes, oak, gooseberry and soft cellar funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.
Nose - super grape forward, bright brett notes. Palate: dry, with vinous notes and a bitter finish. Good amount of funk that should become more pronounced with some time on the bottle
Bottle at not-THT October. Bit hazy light golden with small white head. Sour wheat, mineral funk, a touch of firework, light white grapes, soft apple, gooseberries. Medium sour, lighter sweet and quite light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Good!

Pretty cloudy bright yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, lots of brett, wild yeast, spicy, bit sharp, fruity, some yellow stone fruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, grapes, soft bitterness, very peppery, very pleasant, fruity, bit floral, some elderflower. Aftertaste: bitter touch, fruity notes, quite some citrus, fruity finish. Nice one!

Bottled 20.12.2019. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grapes, funky, earthy, peppery, spices, peppery, very very nice smell, especially once it breezes a bit. full body, soft carbonation. wood, grapes, peppery, light spices, grassy, herbal, some tannins. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, wood and grassy notes. very nice one, lovely grape notes, very good to drink. 8, 4, 8, 4, 18
