Style: Mixed Culture Sour with Blueberries
Alcohol: 6.1% ABV
Colour: Deep indigo with violet foam
Bitterness: 5 IBU
Aroma: Tart blueberry, baking spice and puckering freshness
Flavour: Intense sourness fading to blueberry skin tannin, cinnamon and berry flesh sweetness.
Additional Notes:
Too many British Columbia grown blueberries were blended and refermented on a tart saison base from Foeder 3 benefitting from several Brett strains, yeast and lactobacillus. Sour, with blueberry tannin and deep berry flavour. Bottle conditioned until perfect.

Clear red with a decent white head. Light red berry notes. Soured berry and light vegetal notes.

Nice deep purple body and okay foam, soft murky blueberry on the nose. Flavour is nice berry tartness, yeast and tannins. Lingering sourness. Enjoyable.
