Bottle fron Natte Gijt. Bit hazy golden with big white head. Sweet sugary malts, a bit of cloves, allspice and coriander, toffee, mineral, there's some sweet fruity notes as well but I don't really get any elderflower specifically. Over medium sweet and lighter bitter solid medium bodied with quite some carbonation. It's not the best sauson ever, but it's a simple and decent true to style beer.

Kleine sample omdat Angela hem drinkt. Ben er niet kapot van. Het is ook niet slecht. Had wel bizar veel koolzuur aanvankelijk.

0.33 l bottle from 'Slijterij Gérard', best before October 2021. Hazy, golden amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, maybe some elderflower, grass and some clove. Minimally sweet, gently dry, moderately bitter, fruity-grassy, slightly floral and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemon peel, clove, peach, hazy and grains, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather dry, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit grassy finish with a touch of vegetables. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite okay, don't really get the elderflower. Had the Eggcited by Bird Brewery yesterday and it's way better than this one.
