Bottle @ Borefts 2018, small sample. I think the label said bottled 28 Jan 2016? Hazy reddish color. No head. Aroma's: sourish, fruit stone/almond, a bit funky. Flavor is rather sour, fruity (plum). Light bodied. Long finish, fruity, plum, tart.

[ As Tommie Sjef Opal ].Speaking, with a clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, baryard, leather, tart - fruity - dried fruit - plum, funky, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes - plums, funky, dry. Bottle pour at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017 @ De Bierkoning. Hazy bright, almost fluorescent orangey amber. Sour berries, apricot, grain. Big fruity sweetness and strong sour. Moderate nutty, almondy, tannin bitter. Medium body and low carbonation.
