Pale straw, almost clear as water. Sweet pear, peardrops, twigs, tart edges, very clean, light, low carbonation. Tasty beverage!

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear very pale straw with no head. Crisp tart pear, light mineral, earthy, a hint of sulphur. Sparkly pear stuff that's not just juice, not too sweet, and still tastes like it's fermented. Under medium sweet, sour and very light bitter. Crisp medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Very drinkeable.
