Pours fairly clear blonde, scent is fairly full, mild smoke. malty, almost a fruity touch. light, fresh. Taste is full, light, citrus. Bright and refreshing. Smoke is mild, even to me this is a very enjoyable beer ( I don't like smoke ) . High carbo. Medium thin to thin body. Easy drinker. unexpectedly, a beer I drank 'for science' in a style I don't usually enjoy, became one of my favorites of the festival !

Dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme oscille sur un bouquet léger fleuri noble avec de suite un léger apport de fumé et de minéral qui rend ce côté salin - malté fumé.
Palais est plaisant - ajout malté fumé classique qui tranche bien vace le caractère salin. Ici, léger houblonné noble noble allemand type Hallertauer, pas certain d'y trouver du Sladek. Belle pétillance sur le haut avec un fini terreux et finement fleuri/fruité. Le fumé revient à la charge en fin de bouche aidé par l'effervescence conséquente.
Correcte mais un peu trop vivante et pétillante en bouche.

Clear orange beer, small aery off-white head, adhesive. Aroma: malty, some grains, soft smoke, fruity, apples, pears, marzipan. MF: ok to lively carbon, medium body. Taste: soft smoky start, good bitterness, soft acidity, bit dry, some vanilla, almonds, caramel, floral. Aftertaste: dry, soft acidity, nice smoky touch, acidic, bitter notes, some orange peel, bit grassy, more smoke, some marzipan, lovely stuff.

1 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin, Niels & Cynthia! Clear golden, lasting, small, frothy, white head. Aroma of smoked wheat, a 'struck match', soap, unripe banana, ham. Taste has sweetish apple & banana, soapy wheat & a slight spicy bitterness, with smokiness throughout. Smoky, grassy hoppy & wheaty finish. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. I'd say, a perfect introduction to the style.
