Tart ‘blueberries’ add to the already sour base. Interesting.
2018

Taster @ Brouwerij het Veem, Eindhoven. Hazy dark amber with a touch of red and a thin white head. Sour aroma with lots of sloe berries. Some oak is present as well. Taste is very sour with a sour finish with at the utmost a resurgence of sweet berries. Amazing beer.
On tap at Fakin Craft Fest, Zagreb. Hazy amber, minimal head. Aroma is funky, vinegar, acidic, light barrel, red berries. Wonderful black grapes, red wine, tannins. Juicy, sharp acidity, very sour, very fruity, full of character. High carbonation, peppery touch, moderate lasting finish. Beautiful.

A: sour mellow fruity, woody, bit honey, berries, funky. T: sour fruity, bit caramel, gooseberries, woody, leather, bit lemon, medium to full body, very good, fully enjoyed.
