Bottle (from KSM Kampus,. Pori). Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, some floral, apples and mild tart tones. Flavour is floral, some apples, mild wooden tones with blackberries. Still rather dry. Nice and mellow.

--Bottled at PBF XIII. -- Clear copper colour small head. Dark berries dominate the nose, with some fu ky barnyard behind. Citric with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric acid and blackberries and mild barnyard. The more stuff you put into a 3 Fonteinen, the more it detracts from the near perfection of their regular gueuze.

Bottle thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong funk, earth, oak, berry, horse blanket. Slick body, funky, rubber, berry, earth, pepper, wood, acidic finish, very good.

Near clear red purple with a small off white head. Aroma of rich dark berries, tart fresh blackberry, unripe blackcurrent and a light signature 3 fonteinen funk behind. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
