473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet, spicy aroma of caramel malt, cinnamon, ginger and green apple. Sweet, spicy flavour of caramel malt, green apple, brown sugar, lactose, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and clove in a dry, tart, warming alcohol finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. A tasty dessert beer. It does taste like apple pie. Well done.
Sweet and sour, strong and drinkable. Tastes like you'd expect from the name and nice but it feels wrong. Can't taste the alcohol which makes me wonder if it needed to be so strong.
Cloudy yellow body with okay foam, smells of nice lemon, vague sweet apple, slight pastry vanilla. Flavour is huge tart apple, pastry hints, vague cinnamon, juicy lemon. Crisp and the abv's invisible. Memorable and at least powerful, definitely enjoyable.
