0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2022. Bottled. deep red color, medium big pink head. smells parfumy, very fragrant, spices, berry notes, jammy. lovely, very mature smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, some cherry notes, cinnamon, spices, some raspberries, light tobacco, jammy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of raspberry, spices and cherry notes. very good one, carbonation is a tad strong, which makes this a bit too fizzy to drink. After carbonation settles down a bit, I enjoy this even more. Lovely beer.

[#6.780 Global - #281 Belgium - #6 Antidoot Wilde Fermenten]
2022 vintage. Pours deep ruby with a lasting pinkish head. Aroma: ripe sour cherry, red berries and moderate funk. Taste: red berries, medium sour cherry and red currant. Sour palate. Puckering edge finish.
Next one please!
In between a ‘kriek’ and a framboise, this sour fruit beer by Antidoot combines Gorsem cherries with red raspberries. Pale lilac-pinkish, quite dense but slowly opening head, misty deep dark cherry red robe with ruby glow. Aroma of ripe sour cherry and red raspberry galore – both very strong and very fleshy, red plum, vanillin from oak wood, lemon thyme, fresh raspberry bush leaves, old red wine. Tart but mouth-fillingly juicy onset deeply steeped in generous amounts of ‘cooked’ dark cherries and bursting ripe red raspberries, almost coulis-like but with that lactic and fruit-acidic sourness keeping things lively and fresh; side notes of red plums and purple gooseberries. Fruit-yoghurty and red fruit juice middle on a thinly bready core, lots of ‘dark forest fruit’ impressions lingering, cooked berries and cherry wine – utterly juicy, generous and almost ‘warming’ in its fruitiness, like the ideal fruit beer for an autumn day; very elegant, but so fruity that the ‘beery’ aspect remains perhaps a bit too much hidden.

9/VIII/22 - 75cl bottle @ ElManana+1’s place, BB: n/a, 2020 version (2022-987) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!
Cloudy deep ruby red beer, small creamy light pink head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: oooh, very nice, fruity, lots of cherries, sour cherries (krieken), raspberry jam. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit chemical, fruity, lots of cherries, pretty bitter, some cherry pits, raspberries. Aftertaste: slightly sweet, pretty bitter, super fruity, a little chemical, raspberries, cherries, cherry pits, some almonds.
Great! Balanced... Not too much raspberry. (I'm not a big fan anymore of raspberries in sour beers).
Purple pink color that very much reminds me of the same color as cherry cough syrup as a kid. Flat head. Fresh raspberries meld perfect with sliced almonds, excellent fruit acidity. Bright with a touch of funk. Thicker mouthfeel, tart nice raspberry character, not overly tart or acidic. The focus is the fruit. Good depth. Very nice.
