Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden. Lots of fresh sweet apple, dank funk, light leathery, apple peel, oaky, dry earthy. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied and solid medium tannic dry. Great.

Golden colour, white bubbly head that dissipates away and aroma of sweet stewed apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, caramel notes, with drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet and dry tannic finish. Very drinkable.

75cl bottle from Scrattings. Pours clear gold, freshly pressed cider apple, keeved apple sweetness. Taste is very much in a French keeved vein, exceptionally fruity, verging on Doux in terms of sweet character, with a lightly dusty tannic presence, gently grippy, moderately sweet overall. Olivers does it again. Very good.
