Bottle, bought at the brewery. Golden color, hazy. Toffee and pear in the aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with toffee and pear. Low on carbon. Uninteresting maibock with a watery finish.
*Old rating, best before 04.10. 5.5%. Getreidig-mildes Bier, leicht herb, ein paar gelbe Früchte, nett.
Bottle. Brown with cream colored head. Lots of sweet malts and caramel, dark fruits, light herbs. Mainly sweet but a long lasting light bitter finish. Medium bodied.
Draught @ Kapellerput, Heeze. Brownish color with a dark red glare coming through, small to average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweet, a bit earthy and dusty with a hint of caramel. Average body and carbonation.
Had this back in 2012 i guess, wanted to rate it when i had drank it again but its retired now so... darker red beer, fruity aroma, taste was the same, decent.
Dunkler, etwas wässriger Antrunk, absolut unspektakulär. Wenig getreidig, etwas gerstig. Erfrischend. 10/9/9/10/10/9
