44cl Blik van Beer Republic. Mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Citroensorbet, verbena, citroenschil, bloemig, grapefruit, iets moutig, bitter, heerlijk fris en doordrinkbaar. Lichte body, glad mondgevoel. Heerlijke heledagdoor-bier.
200 ml small bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear deep gold with a full 2 fingers of white foam that dissipates. Toasted malt, caramel, pine and orange zest on the nose. Flavors are a bit muted though. Overcarbonated and attenuated, dried orange zest, slight cardboard malt. Dry finish with scratchy, spritzy over-carbonation and a dash of brett. Could be an infection in these bottles.
From tap at the brewery. Almost clear golden orange color with off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, citrus, caramel, bread, grass, pine. Sweet and light to moderate bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
Sample at RBSG PGH 2016. Clear bright yellow color, white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is lightly bitter fruit. Decent.
9th July 2016: can at the RBESG Barcelona. Light haze to the body, decent head. With a Centennial, Simcoe and Citra hop combination you were bound to get a tropical fruity brew with a citrus leaning: and that is what we got.
Can - pours yellow white head - nose/taste of citrus, tropical fruit and malt - medium body
