Very dark purplish red, crazy viscous. Smell is sweet, jammy, with quite a lot of vanilla / white chocolate. Very thick and sticky, lovley smooth, with just a hint of warming booze. Taste is pretty sweet without too much, plenty fruity, very intense.
batch 1 (2015)
Batch 1 (2015) . Bottle 117/430 . Pours dark, intense red-to-black. Scent is very intense fruit, providing more chocolate than the berry white 2016 I had side by side. Taste is extremely full, velverry, more fruit vs chocolate than the scent, that provided more chocolate in it's balance. Very juicy, intense, thick bodied. bit acidic end as well. Awesome mead !
Bottle Sample at Mind cafe. No head. Clear light burgundy pour. Sweet. Very smooth
Back in Sweden in time for Mead :)
Bottle. Pours deep dark red, still. Super oily. Aromas sweet waffles, vanilla, light booze, blackberries, sweet honey. Taste is super jammy, lots of vanilla, honey, icecream, light tartness, tannins. Fuckin delicious
Berry white tasting. Bottle 4. Clear deep dark red. Super sweet deep dark red. Massive blackberries, black currant, red currant, dark cherries, dark grape skins, tannins, deep dark spices, roasted pepper, honey, some meringue pastry but less obvious than in the others. Massive sweet but has a depth and more complexity than I experienced in the other bottles.
Bottle shared at Berry White tasting. Clear very dark purple ruby. Vanilla, white chocolate, soft blackberries, cassis, sugary honey, merengue, creamy, winegums, sweet blackberry jam. Very sweet, under medium sour, light bitter. Thick full bodied. Good!
