Gardenia nose. Rose petals. Fragment bouquet. Dry woody oak taste. Lots of balance. Does not drink like 11%. Can smash the granny out of this.
75cl bottle (11%) as vintage 2017 from the cidery (visited 9. 5. 2019), shared with my wife. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: gold, almost clear. A: nice apples, bit vinous, sweet apples peels, bit woody and funky touch. T: apples, woody, bit apples peels, bit vinous, citrus touch, dry on the palate, abv is well masked, caramel touch, higher carbonation, nice one, enjoyed.
750ml bottle. 2014 Vintage. Deep golden amber colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, apple pie. Taste is tart apple, fruity, juicy and bitter, woody, orchardy with caramel hints and drying spicy tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry lingering astringent bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with no head. Sweet apple and dry woody, fruity, grassy. Boozy and fruity up front and bone dry in the finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Interesting to dry but a bit strong and dry for long drinking.
Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with visible bubbles, small white head, light depot. Dry bitter apples, tannins, alcohol, tart apple juice, dry earthy, dry apple peel, green leaves, almonds, green unripe apples. Light sweet and tart, almost medium bitter. Medium bodied, over medium dry and some alcohol. Interesting to try, but not super good.
29 December 2019. At Dok Brewing Company. Shared with Anke! Pours clear yellow with a thinning, white head. Aroma of yellow & green apple, lemon zest, wheat, white grape, straw, faint urinal. Taste is light fruity sweet, apple & grape, quickly turning medium wheaty sour, funky, lemony, note of straw; medium fruity bitterness builds up, bitter grape mixed with apple peel, wood & oak, hay. Dry, tart finish, somewhat woody, lingering lemon peel, apple, mouth-puckering almost, some warming white wine alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Not really my style, I'd say it's an acquired taste as well.

Botella. of @Lowenbrau, Thanks you so much!!. 23/05/2018
Color amarillo, aromas dulces miel, sabor manazana notas amargas intensas, cuerpo denso.
75cl bottle (2013). Pours gold with a light mist, thin bubbly coating that recedes. Light fresh apple aroma. Taste is fairly light and drying with little of the 11% alcohol evident. Some light apple fruit present, but lacks an expected complexity. I expect this is partly due to the age, being 5 years old, so I'll try to find a fresh bottle to re-rate. Still, a pleasant gentle cider with faint tang on the finish.
