5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Hazy yellow with a very thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of dill, mint, grass, pepper, wheat, lemon, orange, bread, straw. Taste is medium fruity sour, notes of lemon & gooseberry, wheaty too, sweetish apple underneath, turning bitter with grass, pepper, herbs, straw & minor funky & yeasty tones. Dry, floral hoppy finish, peppery, yeasty, lingering lemon, some wood. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Elegant & quenching, tad too subtle.
