33cl can from Alko, Helsinki. Pours very dark brown, close to black, with a tiny, tanned head. Malty aroma with plenty of chocolate, vanilla and mild caramel, dried fruits and hints of alcohol. Sweet, smooth and rather flavourful with well integrated alcohol. Warming, desserty and quite delicious.
Can (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some chocolate and sweet syrupy tones. Flavour is liquorice, some vanilla, some syrup, nutty tones and mild wooden tones.
Tap at Valhalla Beer Club Prague. Brown-black body, off-white head. Quite a pleasant aroma, caramel, vanilla, chocolate. Kinder Maxi King style, which I like. Not even that boozy. The caramel-vanilla notes continue in to the taste, light raisins... actually, some cocoa but it's not primary here, which I would have prefered. Lovely notes, but gets too sweet honestly, and ends too abruptly. Still, an impressive beer.
Can from the strait and narrow. Black with a thick tan head. Aroma and taste are chocolate. Sweet milky chocolate to roasted bitter chocolate. Then more slight sweet chocolate to finish. Big bold bossy and chocolate.
