As Cantillon Drogone Cantina Giardino Head gone in seconds. Deep Burgundy beer, well-carbonated. Fruity, vinous, horseblanket, winegrapes all over the place. Vinous, red wine with lactic and malonic acids. Excellent balance wine-beer. The grapes coming up stronger and stronger warming up. Acidthinning, light bodied, very dry, well-carbonated. Just a bit too full to be really refreshing, but would do great in summer all the same. Another tour de force, Jean!
