Tap at Pozoj Fest. Well well well, nice! :) Murky purple body. Fermented honey, cherry, blueberry aroma, lightly waxy. Fresh blueberry, tart, bit fermented notes, warming alcohol, subdued oak, lightly tart, but mostly warming blueberry. Juicy, fermented notes. Tart. I'm not as thrilled as I though it would be, but it's good stuff.

Pours a fairly clear, yet not-see trough because the darkness, intense purple. people could be fooled for this being a young red wine. The scent however, thats different ! intense blueberry, mild herbal notes , but mostly juicy fruits . mild alcohol shows, some honey of course as well. Nice ! Taste is very full, thick body, intense fruityness (blueberry, obviously) . Juicy. mild, but recognizable honey. a mead for blueberry lovers indeed !

Sample, thanks to Danlo! Deep dark purple-tinged brown, off white bubbles atop. Sweet unctious blueberry nose. Quite pleasantly sweet character overall, rich and sweet of course with strong blueberry, but palatable given the strength. Decent.

750ml bottle from Mikkeller. Batch No. 2, Bottle 183 of 200. Outcider rating #2000. Pours deep red in colour, no head and aroma of honey, blueberry, berry fruity. Taste is sweet, berries, blueberry, tart, woody, barrel, oak, honey, with some drying tannins. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, dry tart berry & tangy tannic boozy finish. Very sippable.

Intense blueberry and honey. Deep reddish purple. Intense ripe blueberry and a nice honey note. Long deep finish. Nice.
