Bottle. Surprisingly clear amber-golden color with fizzy white head that goes down within seconds. Aroma is elderflower, super interesting woody herbs (is this how angelica smells like?), wood, fresh brett-like. Taste is elderflower, ethereal herbs (probably the angelica), decent complexity there super dried out. Oily mouthfeel with a not very high, but fizzy carbonation. Aftertaste is pleasantly herbal and flowery. Hides the alcohol very well. Super interesting, and it actually works out. Bonus points for the enlighteningly weird combination.

0,33l bottle at home bought from Etre Gourmet. No obvious BB date. orange very hazy color, small white head. smells light funk, horseradish, estragon, bit citric, light wood, some light fruit notes. very weird smell, but I quite enjoy it. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes funk, bit glueish, light horseradish, estragon again, some grass, bit citric. finishes rather dry and lightly sour with notes of estragon, horseradish and some grass notes, some elder flowers come through once it warms up. nice one overall but also rather weird, quite enjoyed the smell. taste is decent, liked it a bit better once it warmed up (elder flowers come through). overall nice one.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Thanks! Hazy pale amber with no head. Sour grains, hay, pickles, vinegar, juicy root veggies, cow parsley, elderflower. Light sweet and pretty damn sour. Under medium body, minerallike feel, lactic response creating a milkskin in my mouth. Maakun has a niche thing for pickles in beer that I don’t understand.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy golden with a few bubbles. Light lactic notes, soft gooseberries, elderflower, pickles, quite herbal, some peach, light malts. A it all over the place with fruits, weird herbs and pickles. Just medium sour and light sweet and bitter with light umami/radish spicy finish. Medium bodied.

Pours rather unclear blonde, small to no head. Smell is sour, dry, complex. very nice! Taste is very sour, and very dry ( very dry ! ) more so than the sxcent gave away. Clear elderflower, but not overpowering. Perhaps to dry for me personally, also not the biggest elderflower fan, but still a good beer.
