21 August 2021. At Gents Bierfestival. Cheers to the Ghent beer crew! Hazy orange, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of old orange, mango, apricot, plum, cheese, yeast, biscuit. Taste has sweet-sour orange, plum & mango, zesty citrus peel, slightly bitter over biscuity, walnutty maltiness. Tart, citrusy finish, bitter citrus peel too, lingering biscuit, some woody tannins. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Distinctly English, nice.

Couleur orange, col fin blanc.
Arôme qui est, je suppose de Puligny Blanc, sur des effluves plaisantes fraîches, fruité avec un côté léger agrumes - citronnelle, raisin, petite note un peu minérale et onctueuse presque mielleuse, rétro marqué de la barrique.
Palais garde une petite approche épaisse avec une impression vieille levure qui garde un côté herbacé léger, citronnelle, genévrier assez frais avec une fine amertume des houblons versant sur une approche noble. Retrouve un lignée belge sublimée par la mise en barrique

Little cloudy orange beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, sweet malts, caramel, quite some vanilla, alcohol, jam. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, tannins, wood notes. Aftertaste: nice, hoppy, pretty bitter, vanilla, slightly sweet, alcohol, grains.
Unclear dark golden, white head, sweet and sour grains, fruity, tea leaf, dandelions, wood, herbal, leather, complex stuff. Tasty.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy golden with white head. Lots of white peach, white wine, light funky, sweet malts, apricot, grapefruit, soft vanilla oak. Medium sweet and bitter, very light sour. Solid medium bodied. Very fruity, also very different from the other versions I've had. Nice one.
