Bottled, 6% abv. Unclear dark golden, small head. Honey, ripe apples, citrus, apple peel, barrel notes, wood. Light dry sourness, light fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Good!

Tap at CiderCider. Clear bright golden with small white head. Dry apple peel, soft apple mush, quite some herbs and light fresh grass. Light sweet and sour and over light bitter. Over light bodied, quite dry finish. Not bad but a bit simple and too bitter.

[ As Val de Rance Cidre de Bretagne Brut ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, dry apples, red apples, custard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, red apple, tannic, dry, bubble gum notes. Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at Best Western Woerden. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples and some walnut. Moderately sweet, slightly sourish, rather fruity taste of ripe apples and hints of walnut, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and very effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very nice!
Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is sweet red apples, custard, caramel, bratapfel. Taste is custard, red berries, some strawberry bubblegum I've had as a kid. Foamy mouthfeel, dry slightly tannic finish. Fun stuff.
Bottle shared @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is a mix of sweet ripe and dried apples. Taste is sweet apples, almost sugary, a hint of bubblegum but with a quite dry finish. Easy drinkable. Not bad.

75cl bottle. Dry beginning with lots of tannins. Fruity with a bit water there. Tannins and dry fruity apples. Very refreshing, a bit watery but still round and fruity. The aftertaste has lots of astringent tannins and ripe fruity very dry apples. Nice sessionable cider.
