Wheat malt makes up 40% of the grist in this wit, along with oat and caramel pils malt for additional mouthfeel. Fermented with a combination of WLP410 and WLP530 (Belgian Wit II Ale and Abbey Ale yeast, respectively) and lightly dry hopped with Loral for a squeeze of orange alongside mixed spice yeast flavours. 6.1% ABV

Pours unclear blonde , medium white head. Smell is very creamy, typical wheat, even more specific very close to a Belgian wit. Taste is more bitter though. Clear wheat, but more fresh and zesty, less boring. Mild hoppy notes. Very nicebtake on a style im not q big fan of.

Manchester beers tasting at Tokyo Midtown. Hazy yellow pour. Aroma has nice wit character, Belgian yeast and spices - but also soft tropical juice character. With smoothie. Smooth and sweet, yeast spices are still there in the finish, and come out quite clearly. Citrus peel bitterness, hop dust, some tingle on the tongue. Interesting hybrid.
