Pours unclear blonde. Scent is mild, hint of lageryeast. Taste is fairly easy, mild bitterness. Lageryeast. Easy drinker. Not as fresh (!) or crisp as I had hoped, especially when served on a festival, represented by the brewery, I assume the condition of the beer is in top condition, and this problem isn't caused by age ? Bit oily MF almost... Hmm...
Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Saturday Session. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of grassy and spicy hops, biscuit malt, moderate bitterness.

500 ml can, as Nøgne Ø Rygene Pilsner, from Det Gode Brygg, Kvadrat. ABV is 4.5%, IBU 25. Slightly hazy golden colour, large to moderate white head. Malty and floral aroma, hints of white bread. The flavour is slightly citric, also with malty notes, and fairly distinct hops for its IBU. Noticeable bitterness. A decent pilsener.
Gyldengul. Litt uklar. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. God amaltaroma. Smaken søt malt & gress. Balansert. Tell tørr avslutning. Utmerket matøl!
500ml can bought at Eurospar Langnes. Hazy pale golden body under a stable white head leaving upper part lacing on the glassware. Moderate aromas of grainy fruit. Fine blended honeyed malt-fruity flavours, noble hops and bread-like malts. Ends with a discreet touch of mi-dry bitterness. Food friendly to our salmon pie. Satisfying (At home inTromsø 21.03.2021). --- Beer merged from original tick of Rygene on 21 Mar 2021 at 19:15 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.
