BD 12012021. Black, fine light brown head. Smells soft roasty, some sweetness, light sherry, oak. Smooth body, not thick but soft. Lightly boozy. Taste is very nicely balanced. Fruity sherry, light roast, dark chocolate, only light currants. Nice.
Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is roasty, chocolate, barrels are hidden. Taste os full, roasty, medium boozy, mild barrel profile. Full, creamy body with a sharp boozy touch that works really well. Awesome, yet not very specific (unlike most pohjala's) .

No BB date. black color, small coffee colored head. smells of whisky, smoky, light sausages, some sweetness, light boozy, nice smell, tad simple. full body, light carbonation. tastes bit sweet, sherry, light whisky, hints of smoke, bitter chocolate, some marzipan, vanilla, bit nutty. finishes lightly sweet with notes of sherry, vanilla and some bitter chocolate notes. very goood one, taste is very nice, very very smooth and very balanced, yet never going on boring. a tad on the sweet side (especially once warmer), this should age great.

Opaque colour, small brownish head. Toasted, cocoa, bourbon aroma. Full-bodied. Sweet bourbon, cherry, cocoa, alcohol, dark chocolate. Pleasant, very Põhjala-like.
Black and oily with thin dark creamy head. Aroma has dark roasted malt and hints of coffee. Also some sweet dried fruits and wood. Tastes warming and slightly boozy. Vanilla sweetness of bourbon and wood. Added depth from the sherry with its sultana and prune intensity.
Black with no real head. Aroma of bourbon, oak, sherry and associated oxidized notes, vanilla, chocolate, overripe dark fruits, booze and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with alcohol warmth and soft carbonation.

33cl bottle. A black beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark caramelized malt, vanilla, bourbon, mild smoked malt. Taste of sweet dark caramelized malt, chocolate, resins, vanilla, bourbon. Nice!
