330ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, orange, tangerine citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a fresh, crisp, juicy citrus, light dry pepper spice, light sweet lactose, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
Can at home, golden beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, fruity, floral, hops. Taste is the same, dry, bitter, light resin, bitter aftertaste, light hint of the lactose creaminess. nice one.
Beetje saai, maar verder weinig mis mee
Can. Hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, mediu bitter. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter finish. Ok.
Can from Trader Joe's. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam. Light aromas of citrus, orange zest, wildberry and faint crackery malt. More of the same on the palate. Bittering pine and orange zest that lingers on the finish. Lactose is thankfully heavily muted, playing only a slight texture role. As it warms though a touch of it shows on the palate.
Orange. lemon, biscuit malt, and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Mildly sweet citrus and milky biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Kind of like a introduction to the Milkshake IPA style - middle of the road without getting too extreme.
12 oz can, poured clear pale golden with white head. Medium to full body with slight creaminess. Tangerine and pine aroma, pine and lactose with grapefruit in the taste. Mildly spicy finish.
Canned in April. The aromas are old citrus and resin hops with some caramel malt. Flavors are like nose sweet up front little bitter in the finish. Good carbonation and body. Wish I knew what it was like fresh.
