Ephémère is a serie of DIPA with ever changing dry hopping. Their denominator: a titanic dry-hopping of 20G/L and a pillowy malt bill based on oat, wheat & cara. Above all, do not age!

Hops : Mosaic / Strata / Centennial.

10/VII/22 - 33cl can from La Source webshop, shared @ home, BB: 19/VIII/22 (2022-874)

Cloudy dark yellow beer, big solid creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet and malty impression, sugary, pretty dank and intense, ripe tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body, creamy texture. Taste: oh my, super intense, very fruity, a bit sweet, lots of tropical fruits, good bitterness, alcohol, very nice! Aftertaste: very fruity, a little sweet, mango, gentle bitterness, alcohol warmth, juicy, nice beer, really love it!

33cl can, BB 19/08/2022, batch# P473-474.

Assez sessionable.

Pours hazed yellow. Medium small white head. Scent is fresh and crisp, citrus, bright. Mild malty base. Taste is full, bit bitter, dank citrus. Mild touch of hopburn. Tad green - but mostly citric. Medium body and carbo.

Sample draft @ La Source shared with Tim, Erwin and Ama.

Draught Very good, just off-white head with textbook lacerings over fully muddy ochre-orange beer. Melon, asafoetida, citruspeel, bit cheesy. Lupulin², but finally very serious ureum. Sharpish, bitterish lupulin flavour, citruspeel, asafoetida. Well filled, viscous, and not very carbonated. Nose features too much ureum, which diminishes the overall enjoyment.
