When there's Antidoot to be tasted, you taste Antidoot. Not always my kind of beer, but always interesting and balanced. This one is pretty tasty, with a nice balance between soft acidity, wood and the Riesling grapes. Bit herbal, some stone fruit.
2020/21 Blend Veiled ochre beer. Soft but present acids, wine grapes, wet wood, something akin to noble rot, if faintly so. Sherry-like and lambic-like flavours, restrained vinous. Again wine grapes and a dry finish. Light body, very low carbonation. Quite nice blend.
Poured from a bottle, 8 %, many thanks to ChrisOfstad. A few bubbles on top of a hazy dark golden body. Herbs and mild yeasty fruitiness on the nose. White vinous flavours, impact of cheese, wood, and yeast. Herbal dry ending. Smooth on the swallow. Decent stuff. (Hotel room, Copenhagen 22.10.2021).
EB from last Saturday. Lovely Antidoot base beer depth with some almost juicy grapes on top of that. Will get even better with time as it integrates and develops even more funk but already really damn good!
28/IX/21 - 75cl bottle @ home, BB: 30/VII/24, bottled: VII/2021, “20-21” vintage (2021-1128) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!
Clear orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, lots of grape, nice and funky, juicy notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little bitter, nice acidity, lots of lemon, bitter lemon peel, fruity touch, dry, some tannins. Aftertaste: juicy, red grapes, pretty bitter, nice acidity.
Hapu, veinine, puuviljane, veits happeline. Hea.
0,75l from bottle at the brewery. Orange murky color, small white head. Smells spices, white grapes, herbal, parfumy, hay, stone fruits. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, citric, spices, white grapes, floral. Finishes lightly sour with notes of white wine, grass and some spices. Very nice one, very good to drink
