Vintage 2018. yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells tobacco, spices, quince, smoky, stone fruits. lovely lovely smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes stone fruits, quince, tobacco, peppery, smoky, pears, apples. finishes lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, quince and pears. love this one, great balance, very smooth to drink.

Very nice mix ferm “saison” cider blend
From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Pale blonde. Kweepeer and citrus in the aroma. Sweetish flavor with only a hint of sourness. Kweepeer. Very nice.
Sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Clear golden, not much head. Dry funky mineral notes with soft apple, pear and quince, soft grassy, a bit herbal tooo, lemon, light yoghurt. Medium sour and sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied.
