Fairly hazy orange with no head. Aroma is actually pretty heavy on the vanilla with nice juicy tart and ripe peach notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
0,75l from bottle at Ammutson, Vienna. Orange color, small white color. Smells of very juicy peaches, lightly jammy, light apricots, spices, light vanilla. Lovely smell.full body soft carbonation. Tastes of peach, vanilla, apricots, wood, light grapes, lightly jammy, grassy, spices, hints of forest strawberries. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of peach, forest strawberries and vanilla notes. Very very nice one, super juicy and jammy, amazing peach notes. Normally I am not so much into vanilla, but the balance on this is amazing 9,4,9, 5,19
Pours unclear amberblonde. Smell is very fruity, vanilla is hidden. Taste is full, intense, tart, dry, oaky. Very intense peach, vanilla is hidden, but provides a nice balance . Super fruity, extremely enjoyable beer.
Bottle @ Gebrande Winning. Pours bright golden with a white head. Notes of peaches, citric, lightly estery, oaky, vanilla. Never been a fan of vanilla in sour beers but this one bangssss!
2018 bottle. Blonde. Peach, citrus and floral notes in the aroma. Sour flavor with peach and vanilla. There is some complexity.
Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Bit hazy golden with white head. Sour peach, quite present vanilla (not a hint), funk, hay, peach icecream, lemon, gooseberries. Bright sour, light sweet, very light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.
