44cl can from Mille et Une Bieres Bordeaux. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is blonde, light hazy. Nice hoppy aroma with citrus, tropical fruits, pineapple, passion fruits, hay. Taste is medium malty base, citrus, floral, pineapple, yellow tropical fruits, hay, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, refreshing.
Bottle. Color: Very hazy, pale yellowish golden, white head. Aroma: Citrus and grassy hop. Taste: Subtle citrus and tropical fruit, pineapple notes, over moderate hopbitterness. Grainy and wheat malt background. Mineral notes. Light to moderate sweet. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Pretty smooth mouthfeel. Nice refreshing Pale Ale.
Hazy, misty yellow color, huge foamy white head. Aroma is very pleasant, soft citrussy, but also lightly sweetish tropical fruit hoppy. Flavor is malts, wheat and otherwise similar to the aroma, but with the high carbonation you can't taste it equally well. The carbonation really gets in the way of the flavor. Nonetheless, quite nice. I'd say lessen the carbonation a bit and it's perfect for a hot summer day.
Grasiger, leider auch wässriger Hopfenbeginn. Weiche Herbe, zu starke Karbonisierung, wenig würzig. Helles Malz, störend trocken, mittellanger Abgang. Okay. 7/8/7/9/9/7
33cl bottle; BB 29th Aug 2020. Drank at home on 28th Feb 2020. Pale golden body, slight haze once I had allowed the sediment to leave the bottle, otherwise clean and clear, weak white head. Citrus leanings in the watery brew and it's aroma. Crisp enough mouth feel wise but just a bit too 'weak' overall and lacked 'oomph'.
33cl bottle received as a gift. Pours hazy pale yellow with a modest, white head. Fresh fruity aroma with dominating citrus, some tropical fruits and hints of pale malt and yeast. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and a light, but pleasant bitterness. Quite nice.
Bottle at home. Hazy dark yellow with white head. Lychee, tropical fruit juice, orange, light marijuana and dank weedy hops. Mostly just dank fruity hops, light malts too in a light bready way. Just medium sweet and bitter. Almost medium bodied.
Pretty solid APA thanks Tim de Roeck
