Pours dark, clear redpink. Smell is full, intense raspberry, milder vanilla. Taste is tart, intense raspberry. Milder vanilla. Very balanced and just damn good.

Billie’s ‘19. Hazy red with a pink head. Aroma of big raspberry, fresh, sweet and tart with vanilla very present and softening things down. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Aroma: lots and lots of raspberries, raspberry jam, lovely, super fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, lovely, lots of raspberries, nice acidity, jam, slightly sweet impression. Aftertaste: dry, little metallic, just a tiny bit, very fruity, all raspberry jam.

Madness. Nicely sour, pretty sharp down the throat, but masked beautifully by the sweet raspberry. Loads of fruit, nicely juicy and jammy, but still very much lambic. Vanilla adds something smooth and soft to the mix. Gorgeous.
