Using the natural winter cold of Northern Sweden we concentrate apple juice om the best Swedish apples and ferment the sweet must into an ice wine, an ice cider, with equal parts fresh apple acidity and warm autumnal apple sweetness.

Pours clear, pale blonde. Scent is full, intense sweet apple purity. Taste is full, very sweet and cloying, applesauce. Not the depth i'm used to in an apple cider - but still obviously very enjoyable.

Appearance: Yellow colour with a minimal head.
Aroma: Apples, tart, some spices, alcohol.
Body: Medium body, flat carbonation.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers Ed! Clear gold. Strong caramelised apple nose. Quite rich overall, sweet with intense caramel, cassonade, stewed apple, oily palate. A sipper for sure.

375ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, vanilla. Taste is sweet, fruity concentrated apple, tangy, apple skin, with caramel & vanilla hints, and some tartness & acidity. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart finish with residual sweetness. Nicely sippable.

Clear, dark yellow. Red apple skin, a little bit of apple spirit. Tart and bright. Some minerality. Very high flavour for 8%

2017 bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is fresh apples, red apples, apfelmus, jelly and gummibears. Taste is fresh apples, kompot, light tannins in the back, great balance between sweetness and acidity. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Almost bitter in the back, and almost too drinkable. But also on the simple side.
