For this Druivenlambik, we used Muscat Bleu grapes from Wijndomein Hoenshof in Hoepertingen, Haspengouw region, Flanders. Muscat Bleu is a hybrid wine and table grape and has its origins in Switzerland. We macerated the grape must with two different lambikken from the same barrel. We let it macerate for over five months on a small oak barrel and bottled it straight from the barrel. The final fruit intensity is 57.7% of grape must per litre of Druivenlambik Muscat Bleu. This Druivenlambik is one of three small batch macerations with must from the same grape on the same type and size of barrel but with different maceration ratios.

Sampled in a set of Druivenlambiek Muscat Bleu (°54 , °55, °56 ) and Druif Muscat Bleu (°47) .
This one contains 57.7% Grapes.
The only odd one out in terms of color and aroma, as this is the onyl darker shade in the line-up, and has far, far more expressive grapes in the nose. Lambic is even a bit lost. Taste is full on grapes, OP'ing the lambic, but it's not 100% lost yet. Juicy. my least favorite of the set, as the balance is lost to me.

Väga veinine, viinamarjane, viinamarja lehed, nats hapukas, funk, sõnnik, viinamarja suhkur. Väga hea viinamarja mahl. 4.1
