Clear reddish dark brown beer, practically no head, bit of a beige foamy layer, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: tonka, cinnamon, chocolate notes, sweet, vanilla, bit floral, lots of caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of tonka, cinnamon, soft roast, chocolate notes, bit sweet. Aftertaste: sweet and sour balance, some lactose, caramel, sugary touch, chocolate, lovely stuff, very nice!

Can. Cocoa and vanilla aroma, light cinnamon with light acidic notes. Acidic taste, light cherries, vanilla, cocoa, light sweet, light to medium sour. Medium to full body, sour fruity vanilla finisj with nutty notes. Ok.

Süß-säuerlich-salziger Beginn. Säuerlich vom Kirscharoma, dunkel malzig nach Kakao, trockener Hintergrund. Die Salzigkeit schwächt ab und bleibt im Hintergrund, erstaunlich ausbalanciert. Süß-säuerlicher Mittelteil, Kakao, Zimt ist kaum erkennbar, Kirschtorte. Zum Ende leicht herb, viel Vanille, weich, intensiv, langer Nachgeschmack. Interessant, überraschend und harmonisch. 9/11/13/11/11/12

Cukier waniliowy, wisnie, czekolada, pancakeowe... cynamon... kwasnosc niewysoka, slodycz inowszem. wynalazek ale raczej smaczny (przy czym nie podzielam zachwytow)
