A hulking, decadent Pale Imperial Stout brewed with mountains of malted oats and aged for over a year in hand-picked bourbon barrels. Notes of chocolate are underscored with the addition of vanilla beans, Ehtiopian blonde roast coffee and copious amount of cocoa nibs. Yella Rrari's comin'!

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

Vanilla, coffee, chocolate malt and hay aroma, Dark brown with large light tan head. Very sweet vanilla, coffee, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body - boozy finish. On the edge of being cloying. Not very pale but not very dark.
