Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7

Pours a cloudy golden colour and a white blanket with good retention. Aroma's: fruity, yeasty, aromahops.. Retronasal it's sweetish, fruity, (typical BT) mossy/woody, light bitter. Flavour is light sweet, light fruity sour, light moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Finish is quite bitter with some ash. Nice enough, but stout?

Bouteille 33cl de et partagée avec Vincent, merci. From Butcher's Tears Webshop. Bottled 01/2021, BB 07/2022.
Dorée/paille, col blanc.
Arôme au nez fin oscillant vers une approche plus UK et présentant des notes de fleuri avec un malté sur effet céréales, grains, un peu bready, crushed grains.
Palais est sec, finement malté, approche encore plus sur un effet UK - houblonné terreux, épicé sur pointe herbacée et léger sur les agrumes.
