Lci. Liquid rhubarb... Very dry... Perhaps too dry for the rhubarb taste to reach its full potential.
Small fine white head over clear golden beer. Intense lambic nose, horseblanket, lemon, lemonpeel, farmyard, floral. Champenoise white wine with mushrooms, peach, lemon and horseblanket. Out of this world! Demi-sec top sparkling wine with a lemon dash. Light body, acidthinning, light acidburn. Very good carbonation. Sam, this one is magic!
Pours unclear blonde. Taste is balanced, yet intense rhubarb. Acidity and funk in great balance. Some wood. Nice, easy drinker. Not super specific, just lovely.
