33cl can, lot# P259, BB 03/09/2021.
Dorée/paille trouble, col crémeux blanc.
Arôme est houblonné, fruité léger sur le tropical avec un rétro-nasal sur les agrumes - mandarine et une petite note de pine t herbacé qui perce en rétro-nasal.
Palais reste bien houblonné, léger pin et résineux, finement herbacé en fin de bouche, le tout avec ce DDH qui oscille vers un côté presque neipa - sec sur la fin voire un peu trop avec un caractère poussiéreux. Retrouve un côté hop burn sur la fin - le caractère fruité agrumes- mandarine est frais et revient sur la fin.
Corercte - un peu trop sur le ddh.

Pretty cloudy pale blond to light yellow beer, big foamy rocky head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, tropical fruits, citrus notes, grapefruit, bit lemony, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of citrus, sweet touch, ripe tropical fruits, juicy, good bitterness, caramel malts, grapefruit, bit grassy. Aftertaste: good bitterness, herbal, grassy, resinous hops, very bitter, and dry, tropical fruits, citrus notes, good stuff, really like it!

Pours hazed blonde, big white head. Scent is medium intense, creamy tropical hops. Quite hoparoma-forward for 'just' a Pale Ale, but I wouldn't call it unbalanced just yet. Taste is full, very hoparoma-up-front. Woody, tad coconut-like , medium tropical. Very slight hopburn note (not troublesome) fine bitterness thats rather high for a Pale Ale. Good maltbase, fairly creamy. Very decent stuff, flirting with the style specifics between Pale Ale and IPA .
