People of Earth! We're thrilled to retain some small sense of normalcy with the timely release of our next #StasisProject bottle. As they say, life, uh, finds a way.
We spared no expense in the creation of #Cryopreservation, a collaboration with the mad scientists at Aslin Beer Company!
A new species of lactose stout base underwent advanced bourbon barrel-aging with the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. We then blended it with the DNA of fresh pistachios and -- bingo: Pistachio Ice Cream Stout!

Bottle. Pours black. Vanilla, pistachio, cherry, raspberry, almond, Bakewell, bourbon, chocolate biscuit, so much pistachio. Good body. Excellent.

Bottle thanks to Phil. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is chocolate, roast, pistachio, vanilla bean, bourbon. Slick body, milk chocolate, vanilla, roast, pistachio, nice sweetness, alcohol hidden, enjoyed this.
