Imperial Stout aged in tequila and bourbon barrels with chili pepper blend, cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla beans, and lactose.
In early 2017 we laid this Mexican mole stout to rest in oak barrels. Two years later, we’ve returned to awaken the beer and celebrate the spirits of tequila and bourbon which boldly declare their presence among the complex layers of chipotle, guajillo, and ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, and cinnamon.
