Oatcream Kveik IPA, Dry-Hopped with Ekuanot et Sultana.

KOS is the Norvegian word for simple things in life or even coziness.
A silky, smooth and fluffy pillow... for adults!
Kos is an oat cream Kveik Ipa double dry hopped with Sultana and Ekuanot hops.
Oats and lactose bring fluffiness and mouth comfort whereas those 2 fruity types of hops provides a fruit explosion such as Citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, papaya and a touch of spiciness.
As for the yeast, we have used Kveik, a traditional Norwegian yeast that works as high as 40°c and definitely enhances all those flavors!

Rather cloudy orange blond beer, big solid creamy off-white head, stable, little adhesive. Aroma: nice, very juicy, lots of mango, tropical fruits, caramel malts, fruity. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, lots of citrus, spicy touch, bit herbal, nice bitterness, grapefruit, juicy. Aftertaste: dank hops, pretty bitter, juicy, tropical fruits, lots of citrus, grapefruit notes. Nice!

Bouteille 33cl, BB 11/2022, lot# L017/21.
