Taster from tap at Be Orthodox, Bratislava. Hazy reddish purple, small off-white head. Aroma is mostly fruity, juicy, red fruit, light metallic, light malts. Red wine, alcohol present, quite metallic. Moderate sourness, fruit jam, very dry. Medium body. Lasting finish. A bit messy but an all around flavour experience. Harsh on the alcohol and a metallic touch.
500 ml can into tulip glass, best before 8/29/2019. A bit of a gusher can. Pours opaquely hazy dark ruby red/purple/pink color with a 2 finger dense and rocky light pink head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy/soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy cherries, red currants, prunes, fruit skin/pits, plum, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, berries, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cherries, red currants, prunes, fruity/funky/acidic yeast, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy cherries, red currants, prunes, fruit skin/pits, plum, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, berries, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, herbal/grassy bitterness, and yeast/fruit tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy cherries, red currants, prunes, fruit skin/pits, plum, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, berries, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, white bread dough, peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, red currants, prunes, fruity/funky/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/tartness, and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium-plus body; with a smooth, creamy, bready, sticky, acidic, tangy, tannic balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.1%. Overall this is an awesome fruited Berliner weisse. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, red currants, prunes, fruity/funky/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; smooth and easy to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/sticky/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Awesome balance of jammy cherry/currant/prune fruits and Brett/Lacto complexity; and a great bready malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness from lingering bitter/tart/tangy dryness. Not nearly as amazing as the other Ton series beers I've had; a bit too bitter/drying, but still delicious. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example otherwise.

Can. Murky milkshakey orange color with pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, milky yeast, redcurrants, plums. Taste is plums, redcurrants, not so much cherries. Very silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled foamy carbonation. Slightly warming booze & berries aftertaste. Good one, it works, albeit a bit too milky in aroma.
Cloudy pink colour with thin soapy head. Aroma and flavour have lots of berry notes. Sharp. Decent body.
