The second barrel aged iteration of our collaboration imperial stout with Emperor's Brewery. This version has been aged in French Antillean Rhum barrels for 12 months over organic Tahitian vanilla pods. Expect a thick body and a rich, robust roast malt base with rounded bitterness. Subtle caramelised muscovado sugar, liquorice, rich dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Layered between this is sweet, fragrant vanilla and a delicate, warming rhum character.
