De tweede "Big Bang" onderscheid zich door het gebruik van de hopsoorten TALUS en ENIGMA. Deze zorgt voor een wild palet aroma's (zoals je van ons kunt verwachten): roze pompelmoes, citrusschillen, gedroogde rozen, dennenhars, tropisch fruit en salie. Wat maakt dat onze Big Bang II zich prima thuisvoelt in het voorjaar.

@home poured into a teku glass. Opaque medium aber colour, fair frothy white head, dissipating slowly to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, orange, tangerine, pine, light herbal notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, grapefruit, pine resin, spicy notes. Plus medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, bit coarse malty sweetbitter aftertaste, resinous and spicy notes, bit boozy, nice one.

Bottle at home, hazy orange beer, small head, Aroma piny, citrus, hops, light malt. Taste is the same, malt, hops, bitter, citrus, some pine. quite nice.
