Clear to little cloudy dark purplish bordeaux coloured beer, practically no head. Aroma: very intense, super juicy, fruity, cherries, raspberries, intense, sweet and sour impression, lemony, lovely. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, a bit sweet, lots of red fruits, cherries, juicy, nice! Aftertaste: sweet and sour balance, raspberry jam, lovely stuff!

Can, Valhalla. Muddy dark purple-red body, traces of a whiteish head. Dry aroma... Blueberry, vanilla, woody touches. Soft, smooth taste, vanilla, coconut, woody, bit stale, creamy, berry notes, tart. I just don't like the taste profile here I'm afraid.

Pours a beautifull dark purple, with a pinkish head. Scent is full on fruity (blueberry ) with a sting of vanilla, raspberry and especially coconut are less pronounced, but not lost. Not as creamy / sweet impression from the scent as you'd expect. Taste is full, coconut very recognizable here. Fruityness takes the medium, with a minor vanilla touch towards the end. Not overly sweet, and even decently sour during the finish. More complex than most sours these days, let alone pastry sours. Touch of acetic acid, not only lactic. Fairly creamy body, medium to medium low carbo. might have preferred no (or less) coconut myself, butt here's no denying Arpus is killing it lately, and this is just another proof.
